DART Green Line to open on September 14

The DART Green Line officially opens on September 14 -- only weeks away! You may have noticed the test trains which have been running daily now.

The Green Line represents a new phase in our neighborhood and with it, lots of changes will come. We will continue to monitor the parking situation and will, if necessary, work with DART and the City of Dallas to ensure street parking (which affects both our tenants and their guests) is fairly handled.

Please note, as well, that the DART rail line affects driving in our neighborhood. Do not turn left from Parry Avenue into the alley behind the B.F. Goodrich and Goodyear loft buildings, and do not turn left onto Parry Avenue from that alley. Doing so puts you either between the crossing arms or on the tracks themselves.
